It was for the 4th of July flag run, had a POW flag on the other side. When there is no wind a flag drapes, kind of what happens. Never would let it get near the ground though.

You would think with all the burning and thrashing and hatred for the flag that's going on, any positive clean display of it would be welcome. And even appreciated. I am sorry if my patriotism offends you. I have sacrificed for this country that I love and will continue to do so. And if I want to fly my flag in a respectful manner I will do so.

As long as it doesn't touch the ground we walk on, and is treated properly if and when you take it off, it should be good. Most of the time that flag is flying anyways, it's just at rest on the side. Nothing worth complaining over.

Understand that 100% but that was the only way I could set it up. And I was not going to go through that day with out flying the flag. So that's what I did and I will back it 100.

It's folded in a display case in my house when taken down, since I don't have lighting to keep it lit displayed overnight.

And back to the subject at hand, bed cage for sure. I also don't see a spring under or 3 link/4 link setup. Most hardcore LT'ers will not consider that a full LT setup. Always best to do rear before the front but up to you. Get the bed cage ready and continue to save for your choice of rear LT and then focus on bypasses and or coilovers if you run a linked system.

Might want to look up the definition of draped. That flag is flying from a staff fixed to the chassis of the vehicle, not drape over anything.

Typical TW responses ... they will hover around this flag discussion for at least 3 pages.

Anyway, welcome to TW. Been seeing your truck a lot on IG.

Fantastic! I thought this thread was about you deciding on stock or extended length bypasses lol At this point it's up to you to decide what you want, you'll need both. I would go with bedcage first, you can keep your stock shocks and leafs on for now as you test for it and then purchase the right bypasses for the exact length you'll need between the custom bedcage mounts and axle after you install the SUA kit.

Yeah I should have been clearer. I all ready have the 3.5 long travel kit through total chaos, with 2.5 king R/R coil overs. Rear is king remote res extended travel with Icon leaf pack. Just till I do my SUA I was torn between jumping into doing the SUA or finishing the front by adding my secondary triple bypass.

Rear, rear first. You've got good quality Kings up front for now, I think the secondary bypasses can wait a little. Get the rear settled, tested, etc with the new bypasses, bedcage, and SUA kit and then come back to the front. Those front Kings can handle plenty before you need the bypasses.
