Pharmacist here. Plan b is just a high dose of a birth control hormone. Take it with food, should be fine. If anything, she may have some stomach upset and her cycle might be off this month. It's not a big deal

The fact that he's bitching about his g/f being a little sick for a day compared to potentially having a child makes me want to slap him . I had a girl in college I had to go buy the pill for.
