Why does McDonalds and burger King insist on asking me if I want sweet or unsweet when I order ice tea? If I wanted sweet tea I would order sweet tea.

Just saw this in the AZBS thread, figured you guys would be wanting to reach out to Lee and give hime some support. Ill be sending him a text tomorrow.

 

I can't eat bell peppers because they tear my stomach up, but the last time I made a pot of beans I cut up an orange bell pepper and cooked it down to just the skin and threw the skin out and that was fine.

 

Not that it matters, but I just read the story and they did a correction. He's in Texas.

 

Consider yourself lucky! Took me 10 years after moving here to stop asking for sweet tea at restaurants. No one has it up here and look at me like I am talking a foreign language.

 

...and no lemon. If I wanted lemon I'd ask for it.

A few years back I was buying tea and the cashier had an English accent. She said the worst thing we did was make iced tea. I told her the worst thing we did was let the damn brits back in after we kicked their asses.

 

Not a car, but property. It sounds like the same results though. And, unfortunately, it's such a common occurrence that, unless there are leads, they aren't going to put a ton of effort into it. Vehicles are easy to steal, hide and part out.
