Went out to the sunflower mine today to do a little wheeling and try out the new tires and got a few pics.

The locker definitely came in handy going up this was the first of many times I needed it.

Where we decided to stop about 1/2 mile before the mine just before you enter the creek.

The trail has definitely gotten worse with the winter storms. You would definitely have trouble just getting to the mine with a stock 4x4 taco due to clearance issues. There are a few larger boulders that have washed onto the trail. right passed the above pic in the creek there was a group of 3 xj's 2 on 31's were both hung up in the creek. The other on 33's did alright and pulled them out but they couldn't get to the mine.

This is just passed the creek ,towards the back of this pic you can see some of the larger boulders that are now on the trail.

Mine seems to have fallen apart a little bit more since last time I was there.

    Heading out.
