Question for you electrical savvy guys. My Switch Pro setup that I just finished, I am using a Blue Sea 30 Amp terminal block. I have 2 extra spaces that I have nothing running too and it just so happens I have to more accessories that I am mounting in the bed. I have wiring harness's for both of these with inline fuses. I was wondering if it is safe for me to run a jumper wire from my power supply on the switch pro to each of these terminals and then just connect the wiring harness to these instead of having to connect to the battery? Hopefully I have not made this to complicated or confusing in what I am asking. Just don't know if a 14 awg wire will be heavy enough to use as a power wire and if the 30 amp terminal block can withstand straight juice from a battery supply.

@Coot83 how did you wire in your power and ground for your CB? I was going to try to run it out to my terminal block but the wire is too short. I guess I need to find a source in the cab.

They cut them off the frame on the truck. Theres like a pocket the lca bolts fit in and the outer side is gone.

So guys ive got some parts available if anyone wants them. Ive got the factory black plastic mirrors thanks to @spithead051 (i just couldnt bring myself to get rid of the tursignals, so i vinyl wrapped mine). Ive got mgm door handles (currently plasti dipped). I also have my factory struts that come with a 1" preload spacer and a 1/2" top plate spacer. Still assemble with 63,000 miles on them.

I have both of my leads running through the firewall to the battery as they were long enough to do that. I would think running them to your terminal shouldn't be an issue, but all my stuff runs straight to a battery independently as my electrical is a still a mess with most components having a 30 amp fuse in the power leads. Don't know if that helps you or not?

    A thing or two...
What's the current draw of the bed accessories that you want to add? In the picture, most of you switch pro channels are empty. What about just wiring them to a couple of the unused channels? If you've got things planned for the unused switch pro channels, than adding a jumper from the switch pro battery terminal to the two empty strip locations will be fine. Wire gauge needed all depends on the power requirements of what you're hooking up.

As for the CB wire, just solder on more wire to extend it to where you want it.

Have you wheeled your truck much? One of the first things that get damaged from wheeling are your alignment tabs. That's why there are so many threads on here about it.
