2003 toyota tacoma

Installed 4 new 194 led dash lights

When I replaced four Led 194 LED bulbs on dashboard now my green turning indicators don't work but the turn signals work and emergency flashers work. I did notice that I missed two screws on dash trim. Could this create a ground problem
