2016 Blue TRD Off Road MT

I'm attempting to make my factory 2016 (non JBL) accept my phone and mirror to screen(and audio).

I've got the Crux AVITY-01, and a MiraScreen dongle. With the Crux, I have the additional input option on the screen, but for the MiraScreen dongle, I need an additional USB to power it.

My plan is to have my phone sitting on the wireless charger displaying Torque(or netflix, redtube, etc), and casting it up to the screen of the truck.

Whats the best way to get an additional usb port up behind the stereo?
