Had a rat chew the wiring loom on my truck in half.
It's the loom on the RH side coming out of the firewall. Controls head lights and ?
Problem is that I have reconnected all the wires but 3.
Should be simple, just matching wire color to wire color except that the last 3 wires are ALL white with a black stripe....
Anyone know where/how to continue with this?

When you say RH side, do you mean driver or passenger? (usually passenger is the right.) I ask b/c all my headlight stuff comes through the firewall on the left (driver) side.

W/B is a ground color combo.

So I'm assuming I can just pick two wires and connect them and repeat until I have all 3 wired?

I bought a new truck and parked my Tacoma beside the shop. It sat for less than 3 weeks and the rats had gotten into it.....

Hard to say. If you take a picture of the spot you are talking about, I might be able to help. I'm betting one of those wires goes to the cruise control actuator. That one needs to be wired to it's own wire because it runs from the cruise ecu to the actuator. Not to ground.

What's are the details on your truck? V6 4cyl? I would start by following the chewed harness to it's end behind the headlight. I would then look at each plug and see if there was a white and black wire. Then unplug said plug and use a Volt meter to check continuity between that wire and one of the chewed wires. Once you have one side of the wires (3) identified, you will need to find the Wiring diagram and don't he same thing on the other side (remaining 3 wires).

If you just guess, odds are you would guess wrong and end up with problems.... I can help, but you will have to don't he leg work.....
