    Yes. Might not be for JBL systems, but should be on other ones, I think. For reference, I have the 6" display head unit.

    I was getting some white noise at zero to low volumes, and I listen at low volume for the most part, so I pulled it off right after install. Driving around with normal volume music, it should probably not be noticeable. At minimum gain and at one notch above minimum gain, there was no white noise. More than that and it became noticeable at zero volume.

    The install should be a matter of unplugging a harness behind head unit, plugging into one side of amp wiring, and then plugging the other side of amp wiring into head unit.

    Thats an honest guy. I also listen at lower volumes when the gf is in the car. You would think its the opposite, higher volumes when she is in the car to drown her out. But it would bug me too much if i heard any kind of feedback from the radio. I may have to pass, unless the price drops to a point where im willing to give it a whirl. Shoot me a pm if this doesnt move. Thanks!

    Yeah, doesn't sound like a good fit for you.

    If I don't get a bite until around noon tomorrow, I'm returning amp to Amazon. I'll get $120 back that way. This thing might just deserve returning.

    The problem is caused by putting speaker level input into the amp, from what I have been reading. Aftermarket head units with RCA out seem to get better results. The factory head unit's own low quality amp puts in a little noise/hiss, which gets amped up to become noticeable with sufficient gain.
