All Pro Rear Bumper - Tire Swingout Retrofit?

Anyone on TW ever retrofit a tire swingout to their All Pro standard steel rear bumper? I'd hate to get rid of the bumper just to add a swingout... especially when the $CAD is so far off right now. I've been looking into spindle/latch kits and stuff but I'm just curious if anyone has pulled it off yet. Cutting and bracing included.

PS: If anyone has a picture of a 2nd Gen Taco with a swingout tire mounted dead center of the tailgate instead of off to one side, post it up please!
