    i agree.

again, i can't imagine it's vandalism. i was at home. the alarm could/would have gone off. and, it's flagstaff... shit like that just don't happen here.

    i kinda think that's a meteorite.

So somebody throwing a rock into your windshield would set off the alarm but a meteorite wouldn't?

no, that's not what i'm saying.

i'm saying that if you are gonna commit vandalism in front of an occupied house on a brand new truck you might think you are gonna set off the alarm and hence increase the chances of getting caught.

i just talked to my local auto glass installer; he said there's no way he could break that windshield like that with a rock if he tried.

That's 100% vandalism. The asshole neighborhood kids did the exact same thing to my truck a while back. Wish I had caught the bastards.

But he thinks its weight from falling or wind could have done it?

Sorry bud, that was intentional. Your high class neighborhood has been infiltrated.

Ripped off all four mudflaps. Scratches all down both sides 6112’s up front on 3rd notch 5100’s in back with Toytech 1” block Skids & sliders from SOS Concepts I got rid of the 1” block and put on Wheelers 1 1/2” progressive AAL. SPC UCA. Be sure your standing on the drivers side when reading the instructions! I swapped sides so many times that I can swap UCA’s in 15 minutes. I put in the 3/4” spacer to eliminate the Taco Lean, and just got my 4th alignment. Traded the OEM rims for 17” Sport rims and a bora bora 1” spacer. I got my Firestone 285/70/17 MT2’s. Pelfreybilt gas tank skid and hi-lift jack should be here Friday. Looking at bumpers, but I think they will wait for next year. So far I’m happy with my build. I’ve done it all myself, leading to a lot of cussing and frustration, but it’s all mine.
His rear dif was leaking and it's been at the dealer for 6 months!!

Well shit. Since we're doing this-
    IMG_1181.jpg
    I'm gonna go with-
    IMG_1182.jpg
Kid on the left lives a block away. His dad got him a ridgline, because they are a honda family. Kids SUPER resentful. As he passed your truck, he grabbed a rock from your hippies neighbors rock garden and hucked it into your windshield. It did not penetrate. Kid on the right was all like "lol brad you're a pussy, put your purse down and throw it like Nolan fucking Ryan" brad then has a breakdown, fall to his knees. You'll notice a tread pattern and fibers from brads jeans as well as epithelials embedded in the pavement, consistent with a juvenile pussy ass breakdown. As overheard by an elderly neighbor, a young man was overheard saying "Brendan, you don't get it... tacomas have such a high resale value, and handle better in off road applications. My life is RUINED." Brad then stood up, grabbed that rock, and used the power of Facebook rage to whip that rock straight into your windshield. He stood there, staring off into the middle distance, satisfaction washing over him. Brad now has a purpose. And more tacomas in your community are in danger. Grab the rape kit and tell Sarah to meet us at the lab.

I'm guessing a meteorite, at velocity of atmospheric reentry, would have done a lot more damage. Even at terminal velocity (~9.8m/s sq.) it would have done more than just stuck in it. Unless it's a fucking pumice stone.

Can't tell if that is a great "head shot", or just terrible aim.
