This guy at a place I used to work said he did. He claimed he could see the worms after taking a shit. I never quite believed him, but he did eat half cooked frozen meals at lunch.

He cooked his meals in the microwave at work and would point out his food was still frozen. That's when he would mention the worms.

 

My Cousin had tape worms. It did not shock me when She told me because She is a nasty Beeoch.
