LEER Cap bolt size?

I took my cap off to haul some tree limbs off and seem to have hauled the bolts that keep the topper on. I know they are 12mm but not sure on length and thread pitch, any info would be appreciated, also is torque important when throwing the topper back on? Its the style that has the aluminum blocks that sit in the bed rail, if that helps.
