Looking to purchase a dash cam that I can mount to my mirror. I would like it to be small and preferably wireless but not necessary. Would anyone w/ a setup like this show a pic and details on their setup? No suction cups please.

Well, I use the Anker Roav.

What makes this dash cam special is that the lens is adjustable. On my previous dash cams, they were all fixed cameras facing forwards, while this one can be adjusted. The camera is mounted with a 3m tape where I mounted it right behind my mirror, but I guess you could mount it backwards on the rear view mirror. That would be strange and I wouldn't recommend it. With the dash cam mounted behind the mirror, I don't really lose any vision and it is small enough that you don't notice it.

The dash cam is wired and it comes with a cable long enough to tuck under your trim and go down the A pillar to either a outlet, or you can buy a fuse blade tap and plug that directly into your kick panel.

There's a coupon code for the dash cam if you were interested.

A lot of those come with 2 mounts. A suction cup and an adhesive mount. You just mount the adhesive mount behind your mirror and run the wires into the headliner.

probably too expensive for personal use but my company uses the Lytx DriveCam in all the vehicles its like $55 a month per unit it doesnt constant record, it only comes on when there is an "event" and the main purpose of the program is to coach driving skills for safer driving.
