    Hi Everyone,

I have a 2012 TRD Sport dual cab long box 4x4.

I have been doing some reading on greasing the drive shaft and, if I understand correctly, I SHOULD be able to turn the the front part of the drive shaft while in park, in 2WD on my driveway, is that correct?

I just gave it a go and that sucker would not budge, so maybe I'm misunderstanding?

Curious what exactly should happen to turn it to reach the zerks...knowing that I can move the truck forward or backward a few feet to turn it.

In short is this normal that I CANNOT turn the front part of the driveshaft, or is something seized up?

You can turn the front driveshaft-not the front part of the rear driveshaft while in 2WD and park.

I think I follow...looking at the picture below, this is what I'm trying to turn and it does not.

    That's your rear driveshaft.
