A 3" body lift is way too much! Get a 2-3" suspension lift and add a 1" body lift. But don't go over a 1" body lift.

You likely aren't going to get much support for a body lift here. Body lifts, especially as high as 3" SUCK. You end up with more problems than answers when you lift the body that high off the frame. Steering, bumper alignment, shifter(s), seeing daylight through your frame, etc.. most people recommend at most a 1" body lift, just to add a little bit of clearance.

If you are really desparate to go that high, get a bracket style 6" pro comp lift (or similar) and definitely don't stack your lifts together.

But, if you plan to off road with it, going higher is the exact opposite of what you want. You want a lower center of gravity unless you like rolling it. You want the minimum lift for your tires, ideally with a little trimming of the fender if really necessary. People routinely put 33's on a 3" lift, and there's a whole thread about outting 35's on a 3" lift, too. Any bigger than that, and I suggest a bigger belt buckle to match, lol.

If, on the other hand, you want a city truck with huge tires that won't see a lot of off road, except maybe the occational mud hole, get the 6" lift and 35's. Or, do a solid axle swap and go with 40's.

That's already a 3" lift? It doesn't really look like it. How did you go about it?
If you just did a block or AAL in the back, then your leafs are probably shot. Same with the front - if you just stuck a spacer in it, chances are your spring is sagging, too.

You are not going to get any reliability out of a 3" body lift if you do any sort of wheeling. They truly do cause more hassle then they are worth. If you offroad you are about maxed for height with ifs. Without going drop bracket (also dumb), solid axle, or long travel you dont really have any good solutions.

3" body lifts can crack mounts in the long term because of the extra leverage and can be unsafe in the event of a crash.

plus they just plain look ugly

I have a 3" suspension and 33s in my 07 4Runner. It pretty much surprises most Jeep guys. One more inch would be better after I added more body armor underneath. The extra 700 pounds does bring it down a bit.
