I've got probably a stupid question but if I was to get the bilstein B8 5100s with adjustable height to 2.75 inches. Right now I have a 3 inch lift with spacers. Would it be possible to get the adjustable struts and set it to 1 inch and put the spacer back on for a total 4 inch lift? And also, what height should I put longer A-arms on?

A 1/2 inch spacer (1 inch lift) is the max that the 5100 can handle without spacing the bump stop the additional distance. If you do this, it will look really good, but have about 4 inches of total travel (from stuffed to drooped). This is not enough to offer a good ride on a rough road.

You could do 2.5" lift springs and put on a 1/2" spacer. It will give a good ride on a good-looking amount of lift.

Invert a set of Energy Suspension body mount bushings for an additional 1/2" body lift.

This setup will yield 4" of total "lift."

If you go with Bilstein pre load with stock coils, you really can't use spacers. Biggest spacer you can really use in conjunction is the 1/4" lean spacer. If you went with another coil like an OME or Eibach, you may be able to use 1/2" spacer on driver and 1/4" spacer on passenger to compensate for the Taco lean. Be careful with Bilstein's though, they have a longer travel than most shocks and you may touch your upper control arms to the springs. To remedy this, you just have to turn the spring a bit to get it out of the way. Another thing is with the amount of lift you want, you will need aftermarket upper control arms. LR(SPC) is about the least expensive of them all, and Camburg in my opinion is the best you can get for the money as they are less expensive than TC's and just as good if not better quality. In reality, with what you're looking for, I would suggest the Bilstein shocks at lowest setting, with OME 887 coils, 1/2" driver side spacer, and 1/4" passenger side spacer, with your choice of aftermarket upper control arms.
