I don't believe in fasting. I believe in pumping iron, proper diet, consistency, and lots of time in Margaritaville! But like your short post, everyone has to experiment on their own.

I'm supposed to be doing wife grip pull ups as part of my routine. It's been over a year since surgery and I'm still scared to death even attempt one. What do you all think? I do close grip currently. But wide grip puts direct pressure on the cables holding my arm together.

I would start out with wide-grip lat-pulldown at a light weight. Sometimes, when I'm doing wide-grip pull-ups, shit starts grinding in my left shoulder and I immediately stop and go to lat-pulldowns. Ain't nobody got time for shoulder injuries...well, except for you, bubble boy.

I'm on myprotein.com looking at different products but I don't see or can't figure out how many servings are in the different size bags/pouches. Am I overlooking it?

Yeah, I never heard that term until yesterday. I was doing incline dB and an ol skool guy at the gym commented on me doing them guillotine style. Ultimately arms 90 degrees and going as low as possible

Sounds like the old school guy just wanted a reason to talk. Even in the picture of Arnold the barbell is on his chest. He can't go any lower than that. And honestly I feel with dumbbells you can only go so low with the pectorals before you're not even fully affecting them.

Guy I used to live with did what looked like incline bench but brought it down to the bridge of his nose. Did it for shoulders.

Number of reasons, but he's still breathing as far as I know.
