Hopefully this will save somebody from going thru the trouble I had.

Free oil change... (dont be fooled) what a crappy job...!!!

    Quality of work - POOR..!!
Oil on top of fuse box and all over the engine.

refer to link for pics - it will speak for itself.

a little history that brought me to this dealership

about 3 weeks ago I brought my taco for a pre-purchase inspection $105.
I was not impressed with the report given and gave them a marginal review on the Toyota survey. The customer relations manager called me up and offered me a free oil change to make amends and make things right.
I went back to avail the free oil change and give them a chance to make it right. mmmmm it was a disaster..!! (I can almost say the event added insult to injury)
Bottom line: they are after your money period. Customer service is not in their vocabulary.

    Consumer BEWARE..!

Im happy with my truck and can take care of it better than they do.

As with most everything else in life, you get what you pay for.
If I go out to eat and the food or service sucks I let a manager know. 9 out of 10 times I'm offered my next meal for free. I always refuse the offer and ask them "If it sucked when I paid for it why would it be any better the next time and they are working for free?"
I always talk with my feet and walk away. Life is way to short for avoidable disappointments in my opinion.

For some reason finding a 100% reliable Toyota service isn't easy here in the Phoenix area.

damn I get mine from the dealership they don't mess around. So far all my work that I had done there (mainly the maintenance oil changes) and maybe a rewiring of my alarm went smooth.
