I don't think so... For some reason, manufacturers don't feel the need to provide a transducer for the most important metric, oil pressure. My '06 F150 doesn't either. The gauge is a joke, it's basically to keep drivers from freaking out until it's too late.

It's an on/off switch, you need to install a pressure sender first.

This. You can install a T connector where the switch is located and install a pressure transducer and connect it to a gauge.

You'd think that with all the technology, a simple transducer that talks to the ECM and tells it your engine oil pressure would be pretty basic. Then you could easily grab that data using OBDII and a Scan Gauge or Torque Pro. A transducer instead of the sensor on the block, a wire, and a couple lines of code in the ECM program and VOILA!

Pretty basic? You must be an engineer.
I just bought a scangauge II and was really disappointed that it cannot give me an oil pressure reading.
That and the water temp are important info it seems to me.
Sounds like you are onto something.
    Keep us informed.
