    Need more...
So my ac went out after I let my mom use my truck for a few days. Came back and my ac lights work but no heat or cold air is coming out? What do I do? Do I need to reconnect the battery or something? I looked at some old threads but nothing really specific. I have a 2010 Extra cab

Probably your Blower went out or an issue with the wiring. If you know about electricity get the wiring diagram and follow the power or test at the blower fan. If you don't know about electricity, take it to a shop you trust.
