I recently scheduled an appointment to have a 2" OME suspension kit installed on my 2003 tacoma. I am hoping to keep the stock rims, size 16x7.
Does anyone have any recommendations as to what tire I could run?

There are literally hundreds of threads on this. Google it or search function.

I will say 265/7516 is the biggest you will be able to go without light trimming.

^ what he said. 32" are usually the biggest without having any major rubbing.

also your rims are 16x7 :)
