I can mock up a design. But would need to know if "tacomaworld" logo would be legal to use. I know there are permission issues if it involves things that are for sale.

Need to get @tcBob's approval to use the TacomaWorld logo. I understand said approval is hard to come by.

Nope not for sale. Only for small quantity. Just the amount of wholesale cost would be owed. I was thinking it doesnt have to advertise anything at all. If you see that shirt out in public you know they went to the trip.
I will pm you something I am thinking about in a little while. @YotaGurlIAm
I have beavise and butthead sleeping over tonight. My wife's bright idea. Wtf!! Video to follow to prove my point.

    LOL! good luck with that!

but yeah i have an idea too, we can spitball about it. We'll just leave the TW logo out of it to avoid issues. I wanna stay on TCbobs good side haha

You might be able to listen to fire dispatch on these freq. I believe the 2nd one is the actual main dispatch channel??? I'm familiar with the Long Beach OC area's only and don't really know San Diego's fire disp channels. You MIGHT be able to find some Police disp channels, but they're typically encrypted digital these days!!! For obvious reasons!!!

    158.74500
    154.02500
    Fire-Tac
854.76250 <--- LOL, I just realized that this won't work!!! Just thought I'd leave it in the post still, just to point out that this is 800MHz freq band and your typical 2-band radios are only 2m/70cm (144-148/420-450MHz, respectively). NOT only THAT, HAM bands are NOT allowed in the 800MHz freq band range anyways!!! Not even a HAM is allowed on those freq bands!!!

All you do is just punch the number in and that's it!!! I'm seeing that they're on a repeater system, typical, and you should hear CW (a.k.a. Morse Code) about every 10-15min as the repeater ID's itself on the system. You hear this and then it's a good bet that you will hear some "chatter" when something happens, just like you would on a scanner!!!:fistbump: Your radio is NOT a scanner, but you can punch in the numbers of whatever frequency you want to monitor!!! Hope it works and have fun!

IF I'm able to make this trip and if I see you in Big Bear, I'll show you a few other things as well!!!

For example, if you know someone who has one of those GMRS/FRS radios (i.e. those radios that claim to get 26, 31, 36mi or such), put that radio on channel 8 and punch the number 467.5625 and you will be able to communicate to each other whether it is a Cobra, Midland, Motorola, etc.

Hope to see you there!!! :fingerscrossed::thumbsup::fistbump::cheers:

alright, so i don't like any of the silhouettes on the internet.... and wouldn't want to use it in a design with my 'name' attached to it... it would also take me hours to design silhouettes from scratch and i just don't have the time for that kind of design work. BUT with that said, I threw this together so far- if the big wigs don't like it, then no worries. Just thought I'd try and help out :)
By the way, this is my design... I'll most likely want to use this design for something in the future if it doesn't get used for this event. So please please don't use it without my permission. Thanks!!
