I am close to getting trd pro in cement. Really prefer the off road with premium tech and JBL a and sunroof. That said I want cement. Hope 18 model still has cement. That said how much better is JBL stereo to what comes on pro

Didnt have JBL in my 16, have JBL in my 17, worth it if you can find one. A dealer inventory manager indicated no cement for 18 Pro but will come in heritage blue matte color, black and white. No confirmation if cement will be a TRD/Sr5 color option yet.

This is why I went with TRDOR. More features, cheaper, less "badges" and crap, and I added icon suspension. Icon>Fox. Quicksand isn't available on the pro either.

I would have got the JBL if it were available on Manual Trans Tacomas.

Wow. No cement in 18. Dang . They said i can still get 17 but really was wanting 18 and really had hopes of cement being in trd offroad. That way I could get JBL and sunroof. Man now I'm wondering if i should take the 17. Dang

I have JBL and really like the sound, really great bass,. Great surround sound which I love when driving on the highway. Really glad I went with JBL and the sunroof. Man I love the sunroof especially on days where you roll all your windows down and enjoy the breeze.
Every time people get in my truck the first thing they say is "no way you have a sunroof?"
For some reason having a sunroof automatically gives you a cool factor.

Meh, unless you switch between the two on a daily basis you'll never really know the difference.

You'll lose more than the cost of it if you trade in your truck.

Just saying, doesn't take much to add a subwoofer and upgrade the tweeters to massively improve sound of the Premium non-JBL system. The sub I added (Infinity Basslink) did wonders. Much better boomy bass than what the factory JBL sub gives you (my dad has JBL in his 2016 Sport, I have the Pro with Premium sound only plus the aftermarket sub.
