Update: I'm moving this week and noticed that the truck is way less bouncy with a load in the back. I guess there's not much I can do about that? The other trucks I tried out didn't exhibit this behavior though, including the 2017 TRD OR... Is it specific with the pro? Would a better spring pack help? The problem is that the truck is going to be multi-use - 25% of the time I'd be taking it camping/off road trail finding/other trips (that generally involve a load in the back, and possibly a trailer...) 75% of the time it's my daily driver (though I don't really drive daily...)

Buy a 3leaf progressive from headstrong or wheelers, install that and leave the overload in.
