Yes you can still use the tiedown rails, they just get dropped a couple of inches. Here is a install video that will show how it goes on.

Everything included. Before buying while researching, I noticed a few people talking about some leakage, so during my install, I put down a nice bead of sealant before putting the edge rails on top of the trucks plastic bed rails. No leaks there. I get very minor splashes at the top rear of the tailgate where the tailgate meets the side of the bed, and I just haven't put a couple of pieces of weatherstrip right there yet to fix that, and that part is actually below the cover, so its not really the cover that is letting the little splash in

All of this discussion of leaking in the rain or a carwash is interesting and certainly worthy of some concern. What about dust infiltration? I ask this because just this past weekend I drove about 50 miles on a very dry dusty gravel road, considerable traffic, tons of swirling dust in the air all the time. It made me happy to be able to hit the recirculate button and crank the AC fan, did a pretty good job of keeping the dust from infiltrating the cab. But when I got home and opened the bed to remove some items I was not too surprised to see that they were coated with a layer of fine dust, especially toward the rear of the bed near the tail gate. From the looks of the dust pattern, I'd say that most of it came in at the bottom and around the edges of the tail gate. So, clearly a truck bed with a tonneau cover is far from air-tight, no matter how effectively the tonneau seals around the edges of the bed.

What is it like completely folded up? Sturdy? How much bed space does it take up when it is completely folded up?
