I am new to Tacoma World and just got a new 2017 TRD O.R. DCSB. I live in Winston Salem, NC (Foothills to the Appalachian Mountains) and spend a fair amount of time in State Parks and National Forests. I am looking for some entry level off roading opportunities and service road explorations. I am typically with my wife and 2 young kids and am not ready to get too hard core on the 4x4 but I definitely want to get in some dirt and do some exploring. Any suggestions for me in North Carolina or Southern Virginia? Apologies if there is already a thread with this info out there.
    Thanks!
