Not sure, it was my passenger side and my buddy was in town so I blamed him :D. All my shit was still there so that's good. Not that there is really anything to steal except for a cell charger and some random tool CDs.

Well it has Taken me 3 days but I have read through this whole thread of the est lair.
Very impressed with the speed of the build.

Est do your self a favor on the wires you tapped for your third brake light in the cap. Ditch the blue connectors and use crimps with heat shrink. I have chased many electrical gremlins from water intrusion caused by those little blue bastards.

Damn, that is true commitment!! Welcome to the Lair :hattip: Thanks for the tip on the blue connectors. If I have any issues, that's where I'll start.

No problem here to help! But I'd fix them before you have a problem.

Been there done that too. There was also a time when I lived in an apartment that my wife left her keys in the front door. I found them the next morning when I was leaving for work at 5:30 am. (Made me cringe) Got really lucky there. If someone with ill intentions found them, they could have help themselves to either vehicle or worse, decided to surprise my wife and I while we slept... (however that probably wouldn't have gone as well for them as if they had just decided to take a vehicle.)

I have actually done that myself. But I have not left a car door open.

I was rushing around looking for my keys, and when I go outside to see if I left them in the car, or if they fell out of my pocket, then I find them in the door of the house

I usually only leave one open if I have my hands full coming in the house, such as after grocery shopping. And I just forget to go back out and shut it.

Ooof, that'll be fun. Why not just pick up a cheap ass tent? You can get one for like $30 at Wally World, and it's way easier.
