Oh i know. It was still really bad. Swapped a tie rod and my camber and toe were really bad. Its lifetime alignment so no money lost

Where did you go for alignment? I'm at the Firestone in Upland getting my alignment done. Hopefully they do a good job.

Ive had nightmares with Firestone before that got so bad, it ended up going up to corporate because after 5 years they refused to honor my lifetime alignment just because i had aftermarket coilovers. Anyways long story short, never ever ever ever ever go to Chino Hills, they are horrible at alignment, take forever, cant keep your appointment time, and the Manager is a royal dick. I ended up going to Brea off Imperial Hwy near the mall. The Techs name is Richard and he does an amazing job. Just make an appointment with anyone at that location and youll be good but if you have a lot of aftermarket suspension ask for Richard.

Okay thanks for the recommendation. I'll keep them in mind when I get aftermarket suspension . So far still rockin the stock Bilstein. I want to get 6112/5160 combo in the very near future.

I got a little more radius out of it. It just needs a tiny bit more room im almost there. Ill make some time next weekend to take to the grinder and im confident that a little craftsmanship with an angle grinder and ill be back to 95%

Maxtrac will tell you that their attach point is the same as stock...which it is....so not their problem. They asked me to come down there so they could check out what I did to make mine work.
TC will tell you that you shoulda bought their spindles. In the mean time your only option is to grind. As was pointed out earlier with it being so close to the pivot a little grinding will go a long way. Do not notch out the lowers. Side note, TC supplies that lower spindle adapter with their race LT kit and the stops are machined off and they also machine a slot so the Uniball cup doesn't strike the adapter. Might be worth it to see if they will sell you a set or maybe have them machine yours.

The turning radius on my TC 3.5 race kit is actually better than it was stock. That is in part due to the bj adapter that TC machined, and the other part is due to the billet uniball cups they machine for the 3.5 race kit

It looks like you ground the bj adapter while it was on the spindle. I'd get a flap disc and completely remove the the adapter from the truck to grind it. I also agree with not notching the arms. They are cromoly. Without proper weld procedures you can do more damage to cromoly welding it than you'd think.

The OEM spindle adapters are 66 bucks each from camelback Toyota just to give you a price point to see if the TC ones are worth it. So from that you can see what TC is charging for machine time.

If you end up going the oem route let me know. I might be able to get them a little cheaper for you from another dealer

Small update for those following.... Total Chaos asked me to bring the truck in. They said they havent tested their race lowers with these spindles and would like to check it out. So ill make time to go in and have them take a look. Their advice is probably the best advice since its their product lol. Ill report back when I know more
