I've seen those...but for the price and for what I could get a pop up camper for which has a sink, heater, water heater, shower, etc....it didn't seem worth it. Used though perhaps.

Totally. But when you also need a utility trailer it is a pretty cool compromise! Definitely expensive to buy them new but this one is most definitely used. I'd say it is more comparable to an adventure trailer with an RTT on it, but even then a new higher end RR would cost close to what this did.

Definitely a niche thing but it is pretty cool.

Went wheeling at AOP this weekend with a solid group of TW guys and then camped/mountain bike at Chilhowee for the remainder of the weekend. Really enjoying my RTT and getting better at take-down every time20170723_205334_resized.jpg 20170723_175841_resized.jpg

Yes, her name is Stella. She is about 3.5 years young. Not sure what I would do without her, the absolute best dog someone could ask for (in my opinion) haha

They are the best dogs. I would recommend them to anyone. Athletic when you want them and cuddle monsters when you're sitting around

A few days just outside of Zion's....rained like hell every night and made for quite the mud-fest.

Thanks for the inside pics! I'm glad to see that a bed tent works with your rollup tonneau (I'm assuming it's a Bak Revolver?).

How long does it take to set up your tent?

Also...I love the cement Pro you've got there! You should post more pics of it cause it looks like you've made some mods to it. :D

Yes, the tonneau is a Bak Revolver X2. After finally accepting that I couldn't justify owning a RTT right now in my life I decided to focus on a different tent solution but I knew I wanted a tonneau cover too. Because of the need to set up a bed tent and the desire to see out the back window with complete bed access, I limited my choices to the Bak Revolver X2 and the TruXedo Titanium. Both sit on their own rail system mounted to the inside of the bed walls so they provide the clearance for the bed tent which is pulled over the outside of the bed. I went with the Bak because of the lower profile and the fact that there is no velcro involved. I don't think a bed tent with a liner would work which is why I chose the Rightline Gear tent that has no floor in it.

I set up the tent in about 15 min. - in pouring rain, at 1am in total darkness except for a flashlight in my mouth (sure could have used a head lamp). Seriously though, it is a quick setup - 3 strap hooks on either side of the truck, lift the tailgate slightly and slide the tent around the end, 1 hook at both corner D-rings in the bed, insert the 3 tent poles and prop it up. The Airbedz is a very quick inflate and deflate too. It couldn't have taken more than 60 seconds to inflate it with a turn of the dial and less than that to suck it completely flat.

I also have installed the under bed rail LED light kit from @mattgecko here at TW which has a remote. I don't have it working quite right yet but once I do that will be a nice option instead of flashlights and lanterns inside the tent.

As for mods, I don't really have much yet. I have the BAMF grille and would really like to get some new wheels and tires next.

I never thought it was possible to camouflage the inferno but I think you've found about the best spot possible to do so.
