    Yep. Been using this setup for several years.

    Some things to be aware of:

    You are going to want to limit the angle as much as possible that you are winching from (all winching really, but having the winch on a cradle sticking out front will really limit that)
    I always use a snatch block when it is possible.
    Bring mud boots. If you need to winch, getting it hooked up can be a bit of a mess depending on the situation.
    Pretty nice to have the weight of the winch centered in the front of the bed rather than in the front end.
    I think my front receiver hitch weighs around 60 to 70lbs behind the stock bumper. I sag my 887's but not a whole lot.

    Being able to winch from the rear hitch has been at least, if not more, useful than winching from the front.
