    phew. a couple days ago in a rack of older wines, I found a bomber of 2014 release Stone Russian Imperial Stout, all dusty, no idea how it got there. Washed it off, stuck it in the fridge, and just now cracked it and am sipping. mmmm, I was afraid this would have gone flat or sour or musty, but its still quite good. mellow, rich. I think the hopping may have subsided a bit, I do remember Stone rather over-hopped these.
