Good to know, thanks. I just messaged them as well, and yep I've got the bumper already.

Yeah, and I think it needs some more stuff done to it. It's not fast enough, but it will surprise people. I need to do the locker-anytime mod so I can really smoke the tires.

Another vote for Tandem Automotive. Pablo recently installed a Harrop e-locker in my truck and he did a great job. Gave it a little workout in Colorado last week and it did great.

I have worked with both Tandem and LoneWolf multiple times.

I give both "10/10 would recommend" reviews.

I’m a little frustrated with Baertrax. Every time I call the phone is busy and I sent an email yesterday and got no reply. I have talked to Pablo at Tandem and he is a very nice guy. I’ve got a slew of things I need done since adding 285 70 17 tires (adjust my Kings up, install JBA UCA’s, add rear block, CMC, and alignment). The only reason I didn’t call Tandem first was that I live close to downtown Dallas and the trip to Ft Worth and having to leave my truck is going to be a beat down. Wish there was someone else in Big D?!? I may just drive out to FW, leave at Tandem, and rent a car at Enterprise?!?

Im pretty sure if you set an appt with Tandem to start work first thing in the morning, they can have all that done by close of the day. Now with new shop they have more space to work.

I leave mine and uber home. I have a third vehicle. I have found that getting it all done in one day may not work because once they're in there, they may find something else. And not just to upcharge you. Pablo will tell you if something is worn and how worn.

i just did exactly that two weeks ago. there is an Enterprise not far from Tandem and they will drive you back & forth if you need.

so, this is also another vote for Tandem. it's true that Pablo is a perfectionist. that's the kind of guy worth knowing about and driving for.

I live near downtown too. Smith Offroad is much closer and they're great. They've rebuilt my Icons, replaced axles, did a CMC, and some other stuff. Highly recommended. Baertrax rubbed me the wrong way when I talked to them about rebuilding my Icons. Won't be doing any business with them.

Baertrax installed my suspension. I did try emailing them for a quote and did not receive a response but got a hold of them on my second call in. Their quote was less than Dallas Offroad so I used them. Talked to the owner when I picked up my truck, seems like a nice guy.

I probably would have gone with Tandem, based on what I read here, had it been closer to me. I just didn't feel like taking Uber to Ft. Worth and back.

I actually got an appointment Monday at Tandem. I'll just rent a car at Enterprise and go about my business. The guys at Tandem are great and the estimate they gave me for all of the crap I need done was pretty sweet.

My vote would be for BaerTrax as well (http://www.baertrax.com). They've done quite a bit of work on my truck (lift, sliders, etc.) and I've found them to be top-notch professionals. They also don't mark up the parts!
