3rd Gen Tailgate deminsions

I have tried searching high and low to find the tailgate size for the 17 Tacomas.

I found this thread, but the image wouldn't load for me https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/detailed-bed-dimensions.400407/#post-11122815 . Basically what I am wanting to know is if the length short bed plus the tailgate open would be so I don't buy a cot that is too large for it. I am looking at buying a Tacoma this weekend and I will be spending a weekend out in the woods later on in August.

This is from my dealers website on a 2017 TRD OR DC SB. I dd not see the actual length of the tailgate, but it must be about 20" or so, as I did not go out and measure mine. With the height of the bed being 19.1, it has got to be close to that. Hope that helps with what you were looking for. So it looks like you would be around 79-80 with tailgate open for a cot.

Scott, thank you. That length was what I was spit balling off of the measurements that were provided in the link in the OP. It looks like most X frame cots are either a standard ~74" or an XL ~85" in length, so it looks like the standard cot is what I'll be using.
