I have a rear leaf busted on my 09 double cab 4x4. The local dealer said it would be replaced due to a recall on my truck. My truck has three leafs on it now. Does anyone know if the new packs will have more? Will it raise the rear higher than it came from the factory in 09? I know it will be higher than it is now. I am new to the sight and this is my first post. So please excuse my ignorance if this has been discussed a million times. The lady at toyota didn't have a clue to the answer to these questions. If there is a link to other posts on this subject feel free to add them to your replies. Thanks guys.

if its getting the tsb pack itll be 4 leafs (3 leafs + 1 overload leaf) but i wouldnt expect much of a lift from it unless your leafs now are really flat

I agree with above. I had some brand new replacements and ended up splitting them and adding a chevy leaf to each.
If you need more lift on a budget I think that the new packs and an AAL will be a decent solution, or go low buck like I did.

My next step is a set of 63's over getting new deavers or other aftermarkets. Our trucks have more options than Denny's during Thanksgiving.
