I have a VIAIR 400P portable compressor that I use for airing up my tires. It works great. But I'm pondering ways/places to hard mount it. I've seen photos of people mounting this behind their back seat, but how/where do you run the air lines from the cab? Does anyone have one mounted in the engine compartment? Looking for ideas. Photos welcome!

Im interested as well, have the 450p sitting behind my backseat, would be nice to have it in engine compartment or maybe somewhere on the frame.

Looks like you have that 88p sitting where I have my BlueSea fuse panel mounted (next to the OEM fuse block). The 400P comes with a quick disconnect air hose. I'm guessing I can find an air line to run from the compressor to a similar split like you have. Any photos of where the end of that air line goes? Any issues with dirt and dust clogging up the compressor?

Looking at that for my 300p. Behind seat would make me nervous due to how hot it gets. I am thinking under the hood for mine.

This is where I ended up putting mine. Plumbed line to rear bumper. Has been a great setup past couple years.
