Have been turning my 2016 TRD OR DC 4x4 into a 'poser-Pro' of sorts.
Another week supposed to get my ARE Overland cap. Had to convince the seller of the ARE that I wanted a color different from my Taco.....I'll post that later once installed. I'll expect "WTF did you get that color for....!"
Will be selling my GatorTrax tonneau matte finish retractable cover. Love that thang!
Will take it off next week and will put up for sale on TW.

Sorry to post here I know its not what I've done to the truck. But this page gets a sh*t tone of views so I thought you guys might be able to help. And yes I did try to search but I could find jack. My truck did something scary yesterday. I was at a stop and went to punch it to make the gap. Once i did this my truck goes and then sputters. Like driving a manual transmission for the first time and it lurches on you. Please let me know if anyone is aware of this.

Yup that's happened to me too. It is how Toyota designed it to operate is my understanding.

 

I have same issue. since day one. It does it every time full throttle from complete stop


Im currently elbow deep with Toyota corp. to fix it. SAFETY issue in my opinion since I've come close a couple times with cross traffic.

 

Thanks you guys! This should be a safety issue! It scared the shit out of me almost got hit because of it! I've noticed it before in really small blips but this was the worst...

Threw a set of 2017 TRD Sport wheels and a set of Gen 2 running boards on my SR. After someone took the plunge and tried the Gen 2 boards on the Gen 3, the look sold me. The way they integrate closely with the body, and cover the lower pinch welds really cleans the truck up. Adding to a Rugged Liner tonneau, key-less entry, cruise and intermittent wipers. It's now set up exactly the way I want it. Well, still debating on a set of the WeatherTech mud guards.
