    Pretty much stock right now
What engine have you got? A/T or manual? How many miles? Reg Cab? What have you tried so far? More info would be helpful. :)

Edit: CEL on? If so, what are the codes?

Definition of warm and cold too. Outside temp w/ ballpark range or engine temp?

assuming that she cranks but does not start. The ignitor / ignition system will not create a spark if the voltage drops below a certain voltage... I think 10.5 volts. If by cold you mean winter, cold 35 degrees, it could be as simple as a marginal battery, it is kind of tough to help not knowing if this is a distributor equipped motor or coil on plug etc. etc.

2000 toyota tacoma, 2.7 4 cylinder, straight drive Approx. 70 or above starts great, If it rains or turns a little chilly, 60 or below, it barely starts then floods out and won't hit at all anymore until the sun warms it up!! 2 coil on plug packs with each coil firing 2 plugs! Reg cab and does not give a code.

I would put a digital voltmeter across the battery terminals and see what is shows when it is acting up.

Try jumping starting it with another car's battery next time you try to start it when cold, see if it starts right up or has the same issue.
