Sure I can help you out, and you would need master setup kits as well. If changing the carrier, due to addition of some lockers, then you will also need carrier bearings.
PM me and I can tell you more.

    OK I'm checking them now..

Bumping this thread some more, Jason does great work! Would go back to him in an instant if I was still local. Competitive pricing, excellent customer service, and great work. Hes got the experience to work on just about anything on our trucks, so you know you're in good hands. Wouldn't hesitate for a second to take my truck back to him (except the 10 hour drive :( ). He also won't BS you about what needs to be done like most dealerships will.

can you make a custom set of cross bars? it will be to mount an RTT on my roof rack. the roof rack uses a 1" tube, so i think i'd want the cross bars to be the same. the difficulty will lie in how to clamp the cross bars onto the roof rack.

you're about 2 hrs from me, so if you are up for it we can probably make a day of it. pls let me know. thanks.

Do they need to be remove able? Or can they just be permanently welded?

they will need to be removable. based on my very basic understanding of welding, you can't weld to the racks w/o a significant amount of work because the racks are already powder coated. i may be wrong, but in any case, i'd like to be able to remove the RTT by removing the cross bars.

i can shoot you some pictures, some measurements, and maybe you can offer me a quote?

i can pay for materials up-front, then we can meet up on a weekend and hopefully have me a new set of cross bars before a days' end? i figure if you have measurements from pics and such, you can get all the materials and when i show up, you can fab up the cross bars with whatever attachment we come up with.

whats the easiest way to do this for you? email?

    thanks!

If this is what you mean, my old buddy Tacoma Chin? If so, I never took it home from Speed Freeks home/shop. Maybe he has it in a junk pile. Not sure. PM him to check.
