    Have a thump, from the front, when i turn the wheel to near stop, or apply brakes with moderate pressure...steering wheel doesn't vibrate, but front end feels a bit squirrely at highway speeds...need a diagnosis

    Empty Wallet Mod
    Jack up the front, check wheels for side to side and up and down play. Check ball joints and tie rod ends.

    Check your control arm bushings as well. Turn on the truck and have someone spin the wheel back and forth while you look at the arms for movement. "Make sure it's in park/with brake on level ground....
