TRD Off road suspension

    19 Tacoma TRD Off Road
    I drove 2 17 TRD OFFROAD 4x4 dbl cabs, auto 100 mi each thru mountains in NW Ar today. I have a,16 TRD Sport 2wd, auto. It appears the off-road rides better than mine. Is that possible? I noticed both up hill & down hill the off roads shifted a lot more. Both trucks were new from new Dealers. I.may try to trade for a off road if they ride better. Is like options from other Off road owners. Thanks, Tom

    Offroad suspension is softer on and offroad than the Sport, some like that more. I loved my stock OR suspension and tried to maintain that feel in my lifted truck.

    Off road is softer.... If you like how the off road rides and want that for yourself I would recommend just buying someone's used trd off road suspension. Around where I live you can find the suspension used with low miles for $100 to $200. That would save you lots of money from trading your sport in for a off road.
