After a year...

Ordered my SR Utility MT in July 2016. Went with the 2.7 because I wanted a trusted motor and a 5 speed, not a 6. Only option was floor mats. Tried to get towing package but not available at that time. I installed a frame hitch and had lights wired by the nearest U-Haul hitch world. I live in the mid west in the country so the nearest trip is 5 miles and it gets to -30 in the winter. Only option I miss is cruise control (ordered the parts today), so that should make me even more happy. I'm near 60 years old and really like driving the thing. Would have thought that after a year it would just be a truck... but I look for reasons to drive it.
Only complaint... reverse should be geared lower.

Does the "Utility" package come equipped with vinyl flooring instead of carpet? I guess I haven't seen many of these at the dealerships. Everyone seems to like the 2.7 liter/5 speed combo.

 

Mine has the utility package (and ONLY the utility package) and it has carpet.

 

Comes with carpet. You loose sliding rear window, rear seats (worthless anyway) cruise control, intermittent wipers and color matched mirrors (I think it looks good with black trim). I saved $1700 and the only thing I miss is cruise which I will install as soon as the parts get here.
