Wrapped the intercooler pipe (suggested by boostedka thank you) and welded up the exhaust today. I really like the sound of the super 44 deeper aggressive sound but not raspy and not obnoxiously loudIMG_5873.jpg IMG_5875.jpg

Simplicity is key. Your forethought is spot on in my opinion. With the TiAL turbine housing, that would fit the pricier GTX and the regular GT. For the buyer being able to have another possible pricing option.

The $3100 kit would be a good "a la carte kit" starter kit.

    Sometimes I wish I had a 2TR. :pout:

Clampco T-bolt, and/or bead roll the end of the tubing. If you cannot bead roll it, add some weld around the end, to make a lip.

What I did to keep pipes from blowing off was I just put a few tac welds on the end of each of the IC pipes to give the clamp something to grab onto. I didn't have a bead roller. It's worked well so far.

Doesn't need to be sleeved, and already comes with a stroker crank.....compared to the 2RZ :burnrubber:

Which brand did you go with again?

These already sound better since they have supporting technical specifications with them.

Truck running good but the way the gas gauge is moving I don't think it's going to last more than 3 day on a full tank

I'm new to tuning myself, but those percentages seem pretty drastic. I watched this video and it helped me with understanding what the % means in diagnosing rich and lean conditions and may help with the hair pulling

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pIJdCZgEiys

Looks like the truck is running very lean at the moment and the LTFT is compensating for it.

So i have the rear o2 sims (that still throw a code for some reason i think) but they wouldnt effect tuning anyway since it goes off the front o2/wide band sensors right? I just dont understand how it ran well with stock injectors and i swapped do over twice the size injectors in, and im having to add fuel because its running lean. Am i missing something else here?
