I had a business partner at the time and only one person did not recieve a full refund. I owned directly with customers who had issues and I backed away from that part of my business.

No offense but running off publicly before knowing every thing isn't cool either.

Just an FYI I have at least 20 customers actively on this site who are happy with purchases. They are the reason I joined. It's totally cool to slander people on line now with out asking any questions. Thank you guys.

Well, here's the thing: Regardless if that thread was you or your business partner, your company kinda has a bad rap as it stands.

I'm a potential customer and all I did was Google your company's name, and this was the FIRST result:

We are a VERY tight-knit community here on TW, so beware. I'd suggest making an account over there and smoothing things over with those forum members first before publicly advertising your business here.

 

Guys seriously my address is public and all but one customer recieved an in full refund. One later purchased front and rear bumpers a month after a refund.

I'm not actively on any sites untill today. My business partner wss in charge of social media and Internet based sales. It took a while to climb out of that hole and end that partnership. But again no one stops to ask a question. Just posts negative.

I appreciate the info on posting. I joined to get better informed about what people are look for in products.

 

Believe me @Benzdriver81 reputation is all you have online. I shifted my business from shipping to local pickup. Cut out my old partner which was a dear friend of mine. Things got crazy and I did all I could to straighten things out with unhappy customers. I'm not active like I said, I wasn't aware postings weren't updated or removed. I'm back to being a one man show, that doesn't leave lots of time to be online and present in communities.

I meant this as a joke. But seriously maybe you guys should consider doing a meetup with him. I don't think we have all the answers just yet. We need to take a step back. I'm out until we get better results.

 

We'd be willing to give you the benefit of the doubt, but the court of public opinion is still at play.

That's awesome that you dug/are digging yourself self out of that bad exchange. Again, I'd suggest going over to that forum and smooth things over with them. That way, other people who find you through Google will at least have some backstory.
