    Hello Tacoma World,

    Just signed up, and glad to be here! Hope you folks can help with ideas and questions in the future. I purchased my first Tacoma in May and can proudly say I won't regret it in this life time! As a back story, my brother had a 97 Tacoma (V6, 5 speed, 4x4) and it was the vehicle I learned to drive in. Needless to say I've wanted one since. Finances, however, led me into my first car being a 97 Camry(2.2 L). It had 105k on it when I bought it and still runs great with 260k!

    As for my Tacoma, it is a 2004 Double Cab PreRunner V6 in red. Picked it up at the local dealership, to good to go to wholesale I reckon, for 10,750 with 145k on the dash!

    Looking forward to cruising through the threads of mods on these 1st gen's and getting to know Tacoma World!
