Once again, I'm more than willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. And I'm not one to tell someone how to run their business, but if "reputation is all you have," then I would hope that an online presence that defends your reputation would be of utmost importance. Just having you explain things here is already a good step in the right direction.

And I'd also love to see pics of your work with TW members' rigs!

Haha no worries man. If you ever feel the desire you're welcome to join in whatever vehicle you drive
You're welcome to bounce some idea you have off of us, and we have 1st gen, 2nd gen and 3rd gens on a regular basis who all want cool stuff. You're doing your part to bust your ass and rebuild your reputation, would be bad karma to hold you to the things of the past and not give you the opportunity to set your self up for success. From the sounds of it you got rid of the bad apple.

Do you just make the bed bars or what about the awesome swing tailgate with wheel carrier built in?

That tundra is actually the customer who pointed me in the Toyota direction. It's a first gen, he runs a small camping and out door cothing business.

My business went from strictly custom fabrication to building a product line. I have a killer local reputation for custom work but I'm not on the forums much. Having products has pushed me to come to the forums. I no longer take pre orders of any thing but bed bars. I've spent a lot on production bending to have stock in the shop and one of the fastest turn around possible. I just can't ship items like full bed racks. So I try to stay with local pickup.

Please keep in mind that my customer is old school, if I were to build it again I would not use poly bushings as hinge points.

 Poly bushings. If you were to build again, what would be an estimated price, and could you add some high clearance pieces to the sides that cut into the fender at an angle?
