I am running the Dakar with the extra leaf (46xl). I have sliders, winch, Pelfrey alum front bumper, front 2 alum skid plates, camper shell (snugtop Rebel with sportsman package), Brute Force HC bumper with swingarm mounted on arm 33" E rated tire, Propane tank. I also have around 200 lbs of tools, bed storage system and gear in the back all the times. I just went and measured and I am 1.25 off the bumpstop (same as yours) on driver side and a little more on the passenger. You seem a little low for no load but I think you need to compare the expo springs to the Dakar with a 46xl.
I am not 100% happy with my current set up and may get a custom leaf or two added, with the RTT and all the gear I add another 400 lbs. Turns out Oregon Springs makes spring packs for Deaver so I know I will be in good hands when I go that route..

How do you like bumpstops? Ill be approximately same distance between frame and top of bump. Just ordered some timbren active offroad to replace superbumps because im creeping up on 600lbs w/ shell, toolbox, tools spare ect. Just hoping they aren't bouncy like I've heard them described. But guessing thats coming from people with no weight out back
