    I guess as long as it doesn't leak it isn't a problem. It still doesn't look right. A very unprofessional design in my opinion. It would appear to be crimped.

    Stuff and junk and things...
    Fairly common.

    Got access to nitrogen? If so depressurise the resi and very lightly loosen the fitting just enough to straighten the line out and retighten the 45 fitting going into the resi. Or leave it as it won't hurt anything.
