I've enjoyed reading everyones posts and seeing everyone's mods and ideas and here is mine. Only other thing I have done besides what you see is I put a cat back Flowmaster exhaust that 45's out the back and I put a K&N intake system on it. Even though it helped with a little pick up and go and added some power the engine noise is super loud when RPM's are over 4K plus.

No experience with an intake myself but from what I've read about them when doing reasearch is they are mostly for noise, not as noticeable of a difference as you'd expect when seeing "+ blah blah torque and hp"

Sweet truck I like the look of a 3rd gen black coma. I have that same trd badge on my grill but can't seem that perfect place I like it lol

Thanks for the complement, the look of the truck has turned out better than expected. Yes about the sound of the K&N, it is for sure loader in the engine area! I want to say it has helped a with the HP, but very little if any at all. Engine also makes a gulping sound now when A/C kicks on or a slight rev to the engine. Gonna have to see if I can get that worked out, open for suggestions.

I had an idea of the look I wanted before I even bought the truck. I think it has turned out pretty good, thanks.

Where did you get the grill from? Love the clean blacked out look, hoping to do something similar with mine

I also put a throttle body spacer with the K&N and it whistles a low speed with the gulping sound. Should I just take the spacer off cause I dont think it improves anything anyways or any other ideas?

Try letting the truck warm up a little bit before blasting the AC.
