    I'm willing to bet the shop guys put that together as a service truck for working on the reefer units on the trailers...stand in the back, and you could get to most of the innards of the refrigeration unit...

    Growing up in the Caribbean I used to see this all the time, and the fit and finish was always just like this. Usually it was vans, but even some cars like this, there was an civic hatchback or two running around like this even.
